I spoke with Kevin today when my computer was operating very slowly and came up with a warning about security. He did a scan on my computer and found 2 infections that he immediately cleaned up by taking over my computer for a few hours. My computer wouldn't start. The screen remained blank until KEVIN with SOS Geek was able to analyze that Windows was corrupted. He was able to skillfully fix the problem by downloading windows onto a flashdrive and uploading it to my laptop. It wasn't as easy as it sounds because my laptop wasn't responding. Through perseverance and patience Kevin got my laptop running and I am one happy customer. Thank you Kevin!

I have been a customer of Geek Squad for years. I ALWAYS have success in fixing my problems.Today I had installed a camera because my computer is really old and the picture is really grainy and clouded. I clicked onto the app that lets me connect to one of the technicians. Kenny answered right away and went right to work going through checking my computer and getting the camera up and running. He called to ask questions and was very polite, understanding and professional while being friendly. I will always gladly keep an account with Geek Squad. They are top notch in my books. You can't go wrong with them. Worth every penny!!
